Job Description:
- We are seeking a US Recruitment Sourcer to support our recruiting team by identifying and sourcing qualified candidates.
- The role focuses on using job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases to build strong talent pipelines. He will review and shortlist resumes based on job requirements and share suitable profiles with recruiters.
- Coordinate closely with team to understand role priorities and feedback. Strong sourcing, attention to detail are essential.
This is a non-calling role.
Required Skills:
- Experience in US staffing sourcing (Strong Boolean search skills)
- Strong knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing
- Good resume screening and documentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ATS (JobDiva good to have)
