Job Description:

We are seeking both a Junior and a Senior Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates should have strong foundations in Python and be proficient in various data science concepts, including AI and machine learning. Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and knowledge of the manufacturing domain are significant advantages.

Junior Data Scientist:

• Experience: Up to 4 years.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of data science models and algorithms.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover insights and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data science solutions.
• Participate in the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models.
• Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
• Document processes and findings effectively.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python and its data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, etc.).
• Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, NLP, Time series Analysis, Statistics, Linear Algebra, Calculus.
• Experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Matplotlib, Seaborn, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of Azure, Databricks, GIT & any other cloud platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Having Technical Certifications & experience with LLMs and knowledge of the manufacturing domain is a plus.

Senior Data Scientist:

• Experience: 4+ years.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and deployment of advanced data science models and algorithms.
• Analyze complex datasets to drive strategic insights and business decisions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists in best practices and methodologies.
• Design, implement, and optimize machine learning pipelines.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in data science, AI, and ML technologies.
• Collaborate with domain experts to integrate manufacturing knowledge into data science projects.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and its data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
• Deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, NLP, Time series Analysis, Statistics, Linear Algebra, Calculus.
• Proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models.
• Experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, etc.), GIT.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Experience of Azure, Databricks & any other cloud platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Having technical certifications & experience with LLMs and a background in the manufacturing domain is highly desirable.
