Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Junior System Administrator to manage, maintain, and support our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring system availability, security, and performance while providing technical support to end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows) and enterprise applications.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply necessary patches or updates.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control following IT security policies.
• Perform routine system backups, data recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
• Configure and maintain network devices, including firewalls, routers, and switches.
• Respond to system alerts and incidents, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Assist in software installations, updates, and license management.
• Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
• Collaborate with IT teams to enhance security, scalability, and performance.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• System administration or IT support.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and user management.
• Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
