Role Overview

The Salesforce Project Manager will lead and oversee end-to-end Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and optimization initiatives. The role requires strong project management expertise, deep platform knowledge, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle Salesforce projects, including requirement gathering, design, development coordination, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks to ensure successful and on-time delivery.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Salesforce consultants, developers, QA, business analysts, and business users.
• Drive Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies based on project needs.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governance policies.
• Oversee change requests, impact assessments, and release management activities.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops, facilitate requirement discussions, and maintain alignment across teams.
• Deliver consistent project status updates, dashboards, and executive reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Proactively identify roadblocks, manage issues, and implement mitigation plans.
• Support user adoption through planning training, UAT, and documentation as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Salesforce implementation or enhancement projects.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, preferably Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Knowledge of Salesforce development lifecycle, integration concepts, APIs, security model, and release management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex project environments.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Certifications

• PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile-related certification.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant Certification.
