Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead our software development projects in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of projects, from initiation to deployment, ensuring timely and budgetary completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of complex software development projects across multiple lines of business.
- Develop detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
- Manage project scope, changes, and risks to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including technical and business stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and sponsors.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across the project team and stakeholders.
Required skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in software development project management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Agile and SDLC methodologies.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
