US Inside Sales Executive

Resource Experience:

  • 3 to 6 years of relevant experience with Inside Sales
  • Working with US Geography – Eastern, Central, Mountain, and Pacific
  • Selling IT Services (not staffing services, license, or technical support services)
  • With running specialized campaigns, for example Territory / Technology / Industry specific campaigns
  • With generating quality leads using different outreach mechanisms, for example cold calling, email campaigns, social networking
  • With interfacing with U.S.-based sales and account teams and scheduling meetings with qualified leads
  • With updating and tracking using CRM (e.g., Salesforce)

Skills and traits:

  • Excellent communication skills
    • Written – write compelling outreach messages for emails, LinkedIn messages etc.
    • Verbal – do cold calling and generate attention with customer prospects
  • Analytical ability – track and analyse response rates and adjust campaigns and outreach to generate successful outcomes
  • Proactive
  • Quick learner
  • Disciplined – adheres to established processes consistently and diligently
  • Creative – out of the box thinker
