Time: 7.30 PM to 3.30 AM IST (9 AM EST to 5 PM EST)

Location: Hyderabad/Hybrid

Job Description:

• Identify potential candidates based on requirements.
• Screen and Evaluate candidates.
• Negotiate Salary/bill rate with candidates.
• Coordinate interview/hiring activities.
• Post requirements on the job sites/boards.
• Upload resumes into Applicant Tracking System.

Required Skills:

• Experience in US Staffing IT positions.
• Must have experience in recruiting C2C / W2 candidates.
• Working with state clients.
• Must be able to identify fraudulent candidates.
• Good computer skills – MS Office, Email etc.
• Strong work ethic; hardworking and driven.
• Excellent Communication skills (8 out of 10 English Language)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Motivation to excel in the job.
• Ability to work Night Shift.
